The two conference hotels are the Hilton Lexington Downtown and the Hyatt Regency Lexington. Both are top-quality hotels offering similar accommodations and amenities, including free airport transportation. Transportation will be provided by CBMI from both conference hotels to and from CBMI classes located on the University of Kentucky campus, about one mile from downtown Lexington.
Rates are guaranteed until the hotel’s cut-off date, subject to availability. The conference rate is available at both hotels July 22, 2023, through July 28, 2023. We encourage you to book your room(s) early to ensure availability.

Travel
Lexington is situated at the intersection of two major interstates: I-75 and I-64. Lexington is easily accessible by car or plane and is within 600 miles of 75% of the U.S. population. Although Lexington’s Blue Grass Airport (LEX) is served by many airlines, the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is approximately 80 miles north on I-75, and the Louisville International Airport (SDF) is approximately 80 miles west on I-64.
Airport Transportation
Transportation from Blue Grass Airport (LEX) to the hotels is as followed:
Hyatt Regency: Call the hotel main line (859-253-1234) ext. 8 and confirm that you have arrived. The shuttle will usually be there within 15-20 minutes.
Hilton Lexington Downtown: Use the courtesy phone located at baggage claim upon arrival (859-231-9000). The shuttle will usually be there within 15-20 minutes.
Conference Transportation
CBMI will provide complimentary shuttle transportation from both conference hotels to and from CBMI classes on the UK campus. The transportation schedule will be available soon and will also be available in our mobile app.
Parking on Campus
Participant parking is located in South Limestone Garage (Parking Structure #5). The charge to park in Parking Structure #5 is $2 per hour, with a maximum per day charge of $16. You will not be able to purchase parking passes from CBMI. Pay directly in the parking structure via machines on the 1st and 3rd floors, which accept cash and credit/debit cards.
