During this interactive session, we will investigate what differentiates great leaders from those that are ineffective, and we will explore practices that contribute to extraordinary leadership.

  1. Analyze a definition of leadership and apply it to their specific leadership situations.
  2. Identify practices that lead to leadership success and contrast that with practices that lead to unproductive leadership.
  3. Write a development agenda in grow their leadership effectiveness.
