Pam Alexanderson, Tax Director, Moss Adams x Baker Tilly
Pam has practiced public accounting since 2008. She serves as a tax advisor for not-for-profit entities, businesses and individuals, with considerable experience working with charitable organizations, foundations and donors.
Pam helps her clients maintain their tax-exempt status by keeping them informed of changes in the law that may affect their organizations and helping them manage unique situations that arise during the year. She is the leader of tax services for exempt organizations in the Central Region and is a highly rated, frequent speaker on tax-exempt issues.
Lisa Todd, Partner, Moss Adams x Baker Tilly
Lisa has practiced public accounting for over 25 years and focuses on auditing educational and not-for-profit organizations—from a variety of higher educational institutions and large international public charities to small, local and affiliate charities, educational loan service organizations, and foundations. Lisa assists her clients by advising them on how to appropriately address their unique accounting needs.
To remain current on the auditing and accounting complexities that face her clients, she attends national conferences and webinars hosted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Labor, and a variety of industry trade groups such as the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO). Lisa provides clients with consulting engagements, including operational effectiveness, the timely completion of audits, and communication regarding accounting.
Sujan Bhandari, Assurance Senior Manager, Moss Adams x Baker Tilly
Sujan has practiced public accounting since 2012. He provides audit, review, and attest services to companies in variety of industries including health care organizations, governmental entities, not-for-profits, and educational institutions. Sujan’s experience includes internal control testing, fieldwork, drafting and completion of financial reports, and providing management recommendations. He leads audit fieldwork teams to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the audit engagements and identify opportunities for improvement.
Emina Cresswell, Tax Senior Manager, Moss Adams x Baker Tilly
Emina has practiced public accounting since 2007. She’s the tax leader of the Washington region’s Not-for-Profit Practice. Emina focuses on tax compliance and consulting services for a wide range of not-for-profit clients, including public charities, private foundations, colleges and universities, credit unions, health care, telecommunication, and utility cooperatives. She also has extensive experience advising not-for-profit organizations on formation and ongoing retention of tax-exempt status, Forms 990 and 990-T, state reporting issues, payroll reporting, information reporting, tax reform implications, unrelated business income, related organizations, and taxable subsidiaries.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by Wednesday, November 26, 2025, will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Nonpayment Policy
I understand that full payment of the webinar registration fees is required before the start of the webinar. If full payment has not been remitted on or before Wednesday, November 26, 2025, the meeting details will not be sent to the attendee. Technical Failure Policy
I understand that if there is a technical failure at the registrant's home or workplace that prevents access to the live event, the registrant is not eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of the event. If a technical failure is the fault of the service provider and the session is not able to be broadcast as planned after two hours, SACUBO reserves the right to reschedule the session. If the registrant cannot attend the rescheduled session live, they will be provided with the recording after the session's conclusion, or they may request a prorated refund.
Recording Acknowledgement
I understand that each virtual session may be recorded, including chat transcripts. Video recorded during the event may be used for promotional purposes, advertising, and other print and online materials at the sole discretion of SACUBO. All registered attendees must consent to this if they plan to attend the live sessions.
