Cancellation Policy
After registering, if you are not able to attend the Fall Workshop, we encourage you to send a substitute attendee. You may substitute at any time, even on-site at the conference. However, if you must cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee, less a $75 processing fee. All written cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected] by September 30, 2024. No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2024. No refunds can be made by SACUBO for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the conference.

In your free time during the event, Austin, Texas, offers a variety of enjoyable activities. Start with a relaxing walk through Zilker Park, a great place to unwind or enjoy some fresh air. For a cultural touch, visit the Blanton Museum of Art or explore contemporary exhibitions at The Contemporary Austin. When you’re ready to dine, experience the city’s renowned BBQ at Franklin Barbecue or explore South Congress Avenue, where you’ll find an array of restaurants, coffee shops, and unique boutiques, perfect for a relaxed yet engaging evening.

Can I Pay Later?
You can choose when you pay! You have the option to pay upon completing your registration using a credit card, though if you would prefer to pay later or someone else will be paying your registration fee, simply select the "Invoice Me" option at checkout. This will email you an invoice that you can use to pay later, or forward to your employer and/or finance team to complete.
All registration fees must be paid prior to the event.
Health Statement
Attendees must agree to the following statement; "I understand and agree that my registration and attendance at, or participation in, the SACUBO Fall Workshop constitutes an agreement by me to abide by the Health & Safety Policies for the duration of the conference. I will stay home if I discover I am sick prior to the conference and SACUBO is not responsible if I catch any illness at or while traveling to/from the annual conference."
