Exhibit Details & Schedule
The exhibit area will be in The District foyer located on the 3rd level of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. Registration, refreshment breaks, and meal buffets will also be located in this area.
Each table-top exhibit space includes:
- One (1) 6' Skirted Table
- Two (2) Chairs
- Access to Conference WiFi
Exhibit table numbers will be assigned one month prior to the conference. You will be notified by email with your table assignment.

Registering Representatives
To register your representatives for the Fall Workshop, you will need to follow the steps below and complete the registration form. Representative badges give you access to the exhibit area, social events, and meals at the conference. Space permitting, exhibitor representatives are welcome to observe sessions. To receive CPE credits, you must be registered as a full conference attendee.
The deadline to register your representatives is October 10, 2025. After this date you will be required to register onsite as a full conference attendee.
Complimentary Registrations
Depending on your Partnership Level, you may receive complimentary registrations with your package (see page 21 of the 2025 SACUBO Prospectus for details). To redeem, select the “Complimentary Registration Redemption” option when completing the registration form and enter the discount code FWBP2025 on the Summary page before submitting.
Additional Representative Badges
Sponsors and exhibitors have access to up to five additional representative badges at a discounted rate of $275 each. These can be purchased by completing the registration form and selecting the “Business Partner Exhibitor Additional Representative” option when completing the form. No code is needed to purchase additional representative badges.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Registering Representatives:
- Navigate to the registration webpage (coming soon) and use the “Register Now” button to access the form.
- If you aren't already logged in, enter your username and password. If they do not have an existing login, scroll down and enter their email under the "Don't have a login?" section.
- At the bottom of the first page, select the "Register Yourself" option if you will be attending the conference or "Register Linked Profiles" to register a member of your team and choose the first individual you would like to register from the drop-down menu.
- Fill in the necessary details.
- Select “Business Partner” when asked “Are you registering for the Fall Workshop as an attendee or business partner?”

- Under the Registration Details and Preferences Section, select the appropriate option for your Business Partner Registration.

- When you reach the bottom of the form, select "Register Linked Profiles" to select the next registrant for your team and repeat the process.
- Once you have completed the form for all registrants, use the "Next" button at the bottom of the form to proceed to the summary page.
- If you are redeeming complimentary registrations, enter the discount code FWBP2025 and select “Apply” before submitting the form to remove the cost of registration.

Lead Retrieval
With the purchase of lead retrieval, you can scan attendees' badges with your smartphone or tablet and access real-time reports.
The deadline to order lead retrieval is October 15, 2025. Lead retrieval can be purchased during the initial sign-up process or by emailing the office at [email protected]. Lead retrieval will not be available for purchase onsite at the event.
PRICING
- Lead Retrieval - $350 - Includes two licenses to the lead retrieval portal.
- Additional licenses can be purchased for $175 each.
The license(s) for your lead retrieval is connected to the conference app. You will be receiving an email approximately one week prior to the conference with instructions on how to log in, assign your licenses, and use the lead retrieval platform.

The FedEx Office is located on the second level of the hotel. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Exhibitor Engagement/Passport to Prizes Program
To encourage engagement with exhibitors, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the Passport to Prizes program! Each exhibit table will have a unique QR code on display during the Thursday night Happy Hour that attendees can scan using the conference app. Once attendees have visited all of the exhibitors/scanned all of the codes, they will be entered into a prize drawing.
Receive even more exposure by donating a prize! Sponsors and exhibitors that donate a prize will be recognized in the conference app and during the prize drawing. Email [email protected] to contribute a prize to the drawing!
Attendee List
SACUBO does not sell the attendee list for any of our events. As a participating sponsor or exhibitor at a SACUBO event, you will receive the attendee list as a part of your partnership package at no additional cost.
For Business Partners with early access to the attendee list, you will receive the list two months prior to the conference with updated lists sent every two weeks. All other partners will receive the list one month prior to the conference with an updated list sent two weeks before the event. A post-event attendee list will be sent within one week after the conference to all partners.
If you are contacted by an outside party advertising the sale of the SACUBO 2025 Fall Workshop attendee list, be aware these emails and solicitations are spam. If you receive an email from anyone outside of the SACUBOoffice claiming to have access to the attendee list, please do not respond and forward the email to i[email protected].
Payment Policy
Booth and/or sponsorship commitments must be paid in full by August 29, 2025. Partnership benefits will be implemented upon receipt of payment. Unless otherwise noted, payment in full must be received no less than 60 days prior to the start date of the event to ensure you receive all benefits included within your partnership package. We encourage you to submit payment as soon as possible to fully maximize your partnership benefits with SACUBO.
Cancellation Policy
SACUBO understands that circumstances may arise that prevent Business Partners from fulfilling their commitments. Business Partners who cancel 60 days or more from the start date of the event are entitled to a full refund minus a $250 fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to an event. All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
