Technical Failure Policy I understand that if there is a technical failure at the registrant's home or workplace that prevents access to the live event, the registrant is not eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of the event. If a technical failure is the fault of the service provider and the session is not able to be broadcast as planned after two hours, SACUBO reserves the right to reschedule the session. If the registrant cannot attend the rescheduled session live, they will be provided with the recording after the session's conclusion, or they may request a prorated refund. Recording Acknowledgement I understand that each virtual session may be recorded, including chat transcripts. Video recorded during the event may be used for promotional purposes, advertising, and other print and online materials at the sole discretion of SACUBO. All registered attendees must consent to this if they plan to attend the live sessions.
